How to run a toolbox talk

Pick one topic per meeting and keep it to five minutes — before the shift, at the work area, with the actual equipment in view. Read the intro, walk through the key points, then use the discussion questions to make the crew talk: hazards they name themselves stick better than hazards they hear about. Finish with the sign-off sheet — it documents the training for OSHA and keeps everyone accountable.
