Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Course Purchases

Our courses are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Because access is granted immediately, all sales are generally final once you begin a course.

2. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be confident in your training. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

• you have completed no more than 25% of the course, and
• a certificate of completion has not been issued.

Once a certificate has been generated, the purchase is non-refundable, as the service has been delivered in full.

3. Bundles & Team Purchases

For course bundles and team/seat purchases, refunds apply only to seats and courses that have not yet been started, within the same 14-day window. Used seats are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email info@buildrightacademy.us with your account email and order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Access Expiry & Renewals

Course access is valid for the period stated on the course (typically 2 years). When access expires, you may repurchase to renew. Renewal payments are subject to this same policy.

6. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you were charged in error or more than once, contact us right away and we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
