1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BuildRight Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Course Access

Upon purchasing a course, you receive a 2-year license to access the course materials. This license is non-transferable and for personal use only.

3. Certificate Validity

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of a course and passing the final assessment. Certificates are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

4. Payment & Refunds

Refund terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which governs in case of any conflict. In short: you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed no more than 25% of the course and have not been issued a certificate. Contact support for refund requests.
