Leads a tower crew on wireless LTE builds, installing hybrid, coaxial, elliptical and LMR cables. Reads steel construction prints, handles closeout, and performs PIM, sweep and fiber testing. Climbs to 400 feet or more and travels 3 to 5 weeks at a time.
