Add your workers
Type an email and the worker gets their own sign-in. Type only a name — for crews without inboxes — and you get a username and password to print and hand over. A whole roster goes in at once through CSV import.
Profiles exist immediately, so you can assign courses before anyone has signed in.

Get your seats
Pick a course and a quantity under Buy seats. Pay by card, or ask for a Net-30 invoice if that suits your accounting. Seats stay on your account until you use them.
Volume discount starts at 5 seats and reaches 10% at 50.

Assign the training
Select the workers, hit Assign courses, add a due date if the job has one. A seat is spent as it is assigned, and the worker is notified with their sign-in.

Watch it land, then forget about it
The roster shows who started, who finished and who has not opened it. Certificates collect in each worker’s wallet in their own name, downloadable in bulk for a client or an inspector.
Turn on the expiry digest and we warn you before anyone’s card lapses.

How do I pay for multiple workers?+

What if my workers have no email address?+
Type their name instead. We create a username and password for each one, and you print the login cards and hand them out. Everything about them — notices, certificates, expiry warnings — comes to you.
Can different workers take different courses?+
Yes. You assign any course to any worker. Mix and match based on their role or job site requirements.
Are the certificates accepted by contractors?+
Yes — our certificates are accepted by major telecom and construction contractors across the US. Courses are built to OSHA standards, and every certificate verifies online by its unique number in seconds.
What if a worker fails the test?+
They can retake at no extra cost until they pass. Progress is saved between sessions.
