Qualified Electrical Worker (QEW) training is the classroom piece of what 29 CFR 1910.332 and NFPA 70E expect before someone works on or near energized equipment: arc-flash and shock-hazard boundaries, PPE selection, and energized-work rules, in about 3 hours online, self-paced, with a certificate of completion the same day, valid for two years. It is for electricians, apprentices, industrial maintenance techs, and telecom or tower crews who need that knowledge — 1910.332 leaves the actual "qualified person" determination with the employer, which this course does not substitute for. 100% online, and available in Spanish and Russian.
