Fall protection
OSHA 1926.503, 1910.268(g)
Required before anyone works exposed to a fall. Your employer still owes you hands-on training on the harness and lanyards you’ll actually wear.

Competent climber & tower rescue
Hands-on, on a structure, with a trainer watching you climb and run a rescue. Nobody can legitimately teach it online — we don’t try.
OSHA 10 / OSHA 30 card
The DOL wallet card comes only from an OSHA-authorized Outreach trainer. We don’t issue it, and no course here replaces it.
